Full Description
This variable is stored as a SAS date and gives the month and year of the last month
of the last SIPP reference period for each individual (reference periods always end
on the last day of the month). The end date differs even within panel due to the fact
that only one rotation group (1/4 of the sample) is interviewed each month.
