Waves for this topical module, by panel, are as follows: Wave 4 from the 1984, 1990, & 1992 panels; Wave 9 from the 1993 panel; Wave 7 from the 1991, 1996, 2001, & 2004 panels; Wave 3 from the 2008 panel.
